Artist Information for Red Autumn Art Festival
We are thrilled to have you join the fourth annual Red Autumn Art Festival! Below are all the key details to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable weekend.
Artist Setup Times
- Thursday, November 5 – 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Friday, November 6 – Starting at 8:00 a.m.
We encourage Thursday setup if possible, to give yourself extra time before the festival kicks off!
Discounted Hotel for Artists
We’ve partnered with the Wyndham Fort Smith City Center to offer you a special discounted room rate. Reserve your room HERE.
Enjoy being right in downtown Fort Smith with dining and attractions nearby!
Food & Coffee for Artists
- Discounted express menu – order food directly to your booth!
- Suite Coffee will provide a coffee bar, keeping you energized all weekend.
Booth Amenities
Each artist booth will have access to electric and Wi-Fi.
Sales Tax Information
You’ll receive a two-page sales tax document. You can either submit it and your sales tax payment at the end of the festival (the venue will send it to the state) or handle it yourself.
Tables & Chairs
Rental options will be available through the venue. More details coming soon!
Special Exhibits
“Crossroads” and “The Future of Now” will be in the Judge Parker Room, right next to the Grand Ballroom where the main festival happens.
