By submitting your application to the Crossroads art exhibition and contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Application Fee: There is a nonrefundable entry fee of $30.00 per submission. Payment must be made at the time of submission for your application to be considered valid.
Eligibility: Artists must reserve a booth for the Red Autumn Art Festival to be eligible for selection for ‘The Crossroads.’
Work Sample Requirements: Artists must submit three images of their work via the online entry form. Submissions must be received by the entry deadline of Saturday, September 21st.
Originality and Non-Plagiarism: All works submitted must be original and created solely by the artist. Any plagiarism or unauthorized use of copyrighted material will result in disqualification.
Display and Exhibition Rules: Selected artwork must be displayed on a stand or easel and ready for judging by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 5th at the Wheeler Event Center in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Artists are responsible for providing their own display stands or easels. We will take every precaution when handling works of art. However, the Red Autumn Art Festival will not be responsible for any loss or damage. By entering, you agree to all the rules and policies of the Red Autumn Art Festival.
Awards and Prizes: The Crossroads juried art competition will award prizes to the top three entries in each category: 1st place – $300, 2nd place – $200, 3rd place – $100. Winners will be announced during the festival, and awards will be distributed at the event.
Availability on Exhibition Date: By submitting your application, you confirm your availability to display your artwork at the Wheeler Event Center on Saturday, October 5th.
