Payment for booth space and any additional services must be made in advance, and all sales are final. While historically, November 4th is a day of nice weather, we won’t be able to control Mother Nature, so our event could be impacted by elements beyond our control.
No refunds will be issued for payments made for booth space at the Red Autumn Art Festival. If a vendor is unable to attend the event, they may transfer their booth space to another vendor. Any transfer of booth space must be approved by the Red Autumn Art Festival organizers before the event. If a transfer is approved, the original vendor is responsible for any additional fees to transfer the booth space.
