Mary Miller

Introducing Mary Miller, a talented artist specializing in bone art from New Orleans, LA. Mary discovered her passion for creating art from animal bones back in 1996 when she stumbled upon a cow skeleton in a field. Intrigued by the shapes and possibilities, she painted the bones and sold them at a Grateful Dead concert, quickly selling out! After a hiatus, Mary rekindled her love for bone art last year while living at a Duck Camp in Wilmot, Arkansas. She processes the bones herself, turning them into unique and captivating pieces of art. Excited to be part of the Red Autumn Art Festival, Mary looks forward to meeting other artists and showcasing her work at the event. Expect to be amazed and intrigued by Mary’s bone art. With a passion for creativity and a knack for transforming bones into art, Mary’s work is sure to spark conversations and inspire different interpretations. Don’t miss the chance to see her captivating pieces at the Red Autumn Art Festival on Saturday, October 5th!
